Comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting is available onsite at your premises 7 days a week, or you can leave your PC at our shop if you'd prefer. You'll find our rates are very reasonable for the level of service and expertise we offer.

Services include new systems supply and setup, configurations, data transfer, installing new devices such as printers, scanners, web cams, networking of computers or printers/scanners for sharing - all your computer requirements. You can even have your computers networked through your power supply. Ask us how.

We have had many years experience in troubleshooting PCs and are able to provide solutions to challenges you may be experiencing with both hardware and software, and we are constantly learning about new technology that becomes available to make your life easier.

In the unfortunate event of a hard drive malfunction, don't despair - it's possible to retrieve your data. In nearly all cases, we have been successful in recovering important data for our clients. We can also recover deleted photos from SD cards.

Viruses, spyware, malware, trojans, trackware - we are able to remove them all from your PC and install programs to protect your computer from these harmful nasties in the future.

Do you need your computer working for you all day every day?

We have an overnight express service available, particularly helpful to business who just can't be without their computer during the day. Bring the computer to our shop at 5.00pm and we will have it ready for collection the next morning at 9.00am, ready to start your working day. If this is inconvenient we will even collect and return it to you.

Internet access available at the Mittagong shop... in the unfortunate event of a PC malfunction, you can always access your emails and the net, do your banking, print, and more at the Lotus Computers shop.

What would be the consequences if you lost your email contacts, financial accounts data, PR material, software, passwords and the like... DISASTROUS!

You need a reliable backup program that allows you to create an exact disk image of your current hard drives, and a reliable external storage device that you can easily transport and store. It's always a good idea to store "off site" when possible so your backup is not prone to the same location-oriented risks (theft, fire, etc.) as your main hard drive. And the good news is, this process will only take minutes.

We can help you with software and maintenance issues by using our Remote Assistance service. You don't need to leave home or go to the expense of an onsite service call. You need to be connected with ADSL to the internet as dialup is not suitable for this service.
